1. The 3-Day Window

If your purchase doesn’t resonate with you, you have 3 days from the date of delivery to let us know.

Important: Because we work with limited-edition handmade stocks, we are unable to accept return requests beyond this 72-hour period.

2. Craftsmanship & Color Disclaimer

Handmade means heart-made, not machine-made.

Variations: Slight irregularities in weave, block prints, or embroidery are not defects—they are the "signatures" of the artisan.
Digital Screens: We photograph our collections in natural light to be as accurate as possible, but colors may vary slightly depending on your phone or laptop settings.

3. Special Sales & "Buy 2 Get 1" Events

To keep our craft sustainable, items purchased during major sales (like Buy 2 Get 1 Free) are eligible for Exchange Only.

We will happily replace a sale item if it is damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent.

4. The "Unboxing" Safety Net

Since our products are delicate and high-value, we request all our patrons to record a quick video while opening the package.

This video is your best friend—it helps us resolve any transit-related issues instantly and ensures a smooth refund process.

5. Getting Your Refund

Once your return reaches our studio in Noida and passes a gentle quality check, we initiate the process:

For Prepaid Orders: Your refund will flow back to your original payment method (Bank/Card/Wallet) within 3–5 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD): We make it simple. You will receive a secure Refund Link via WhatsApp or SMS. Simply verify your identity via OTP and enter your UPI ID or Bank details. Your funds will be credited within 24 hours of submission.

6. Changing Your Mind (Cancellations)

If you’ve had a change of heart, please cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Once our team begins the packing process for your handmade piece, we are unable to stop the journey.
